A summer of activities in the amphitheatre!

As the school summer holidays approach local children will find a series of fun events and activities on Priors Hall Park's amphitheatre.

Youth Games in the Amphitheatre is back!

After the success of last year's event we're inviting residents to join us on Wednesday 27 July, 10.30am-12.30pm, for a range of games and activities from Corby Sport and Play Development, craft tent by St Marys Church and information on local services for families and young people from North Northamptonshire Council! The activities are free, although there may be a small charge for the craft activities.

Turn up and Play Sessions

Every Wednesday in August, 10.30am - 12.30pm, you can head to the amphitheatre for free two hour sport sessions lead by qualified sports coaches from North Northamptonshire Council. The games will be different each week, depending on turnout and is completely free to attend.

Discover Butterflies and Moths event

Emerge with an understanding of the hidden butterfly and moth diversity on your doorstep at this family friendly event on Thursday 4 August, 11am - 3pm. Including a big butterfly count and scavenger hunt, moth trapping and identification, educational displays, games and quizzes as well as fun arts and crafts.

PHPNA events

These activites are all in addition to the events arranged by Priors Hall Park Neighbourhood Association, supported by Urban&Civic. Already this year the amphitheatre has hosted a big Jubilee celebration, Bark in the Park, live theatre action from Mikron, as well as the regular Fizzy Fridays. Still to come this year:
