What's coming soon

We already have an established community, with a range of play areas, schools, shops and services, but there is much more to come. With new housebuilders now on Zones 2 and 3, there are exciting plans ahead.

Infrastructure

Zone 2 will be accessed by the new roundabout on the A43, which will open to the public once the first show homes from Taylor Wimpey are ready.

For Zone 3, we have built a new ‘Western Link Road’ to the north-west of the site, which once open will bring people into the site from the old Gretton Road.

In the future, the new zones will be linked to our first zone via the causeway road that separates the north and south gulleys.

Village Green

NOW OPEN! The first play area and public open space on Zone 2 can be found at a new Village Green. The new green space provides a feature within the Barratt Homes development parcel, with new homes fronting on to the landscaped area. The play area has a similar timber based style as the popular spaces we currently have on zone 1.

New Walking Routes

As the new zones 2 and 3 are opening to the public to buy new homes and our newest residents have begun to move in, we have recently opened up some of the woodland and fields on your doorstep.

In zone 2, ramblers can now access parts of Old Quarry Wood, which runs to the east of the site alongside Priors Hall Golf Club. In zone 3, we have now opened up the new Archeological Preservation Area, Monument field, and nearby ponds to walk around. You can find videos of these two walks on our Facebook or Instagram pages.
